Hundreds of videos sortable by how much time you have, what body area to work on, what equipment you have, all you need is 15 minutes and a computer.  Great website for recipes, gluten free resources, and elimination diet recipes.  Tara Brach is a meditation teacher, psychologist, and writer.  She posts weekly talks and guided meditations.  I find her to be engaging and soothing.  I also appreciate her ability to teach Buddhist meditation in a welcoming and non-denominational way.  Dr. Ronald Hoffman is an integrative MD who practices in New York City.  I listen to his radio program about health, medicine, supplements, and herbs that he’s been doing since 1988.  The radio program is available free via podcast on his website.  He talks about medical research and has guests on a variety of topics.  His website also has recipes and articles about health.
