tarabrach.com  Tara Brach is a meditation teacher, psychologist, and writer.  She posts weekly talks and guided meditations.  I find her to be engaging and soothing.  I also appreciate her ability to teach Buddhist meditation in a welcoming and non-denominational way.  

drhoffman.com  Dr. Ronald Hoffman is an integrative MD who practices in New York City.  I listen to his radio program about health, medicine, supplements, and herbs that he’s been doing since 1988.  The radio program is available free via podcast on his website.  He talks about medical research and has guests on a variety of topics.  His website also has recipes and articles about health.
