I currently accept insurance as an in-network provider from the following:

Please bring your insurance card with you to your first visit.
If you have insurance through a company not listed above, you can pay for your visit at the time of service and I will provide you with the paperwork that you can send to your insurance company for reimbursement for an out-of-network provider.
Prior to your first visit, I recommend that you check with your insurance provider to determine if they will cover naturopathic medical care and acupuncture. Upon request, we can also check your benefits, although we can never guarantee payment from your insurance company.
